Prices are per person and apply to the Copa After Dark experience only. Taxes not included. An 18% gratuity will be added to all checks. Two hour seating time from the reserved booking time. Prices subject to change on holidays and special days. Cannot be combined with other offers and promotions. Menu items subject to availability, based on supply.

    First After Dark seating. The room changes over without a pause. Carving continues, bar service continues.

    SECOND SEATING

    The DJ takes the room. Tables keep filling and the carvers keep moving.

    SHOW ONE

    The first of three big productions. Performers move through the floor while service carries on.

    FINAL SEATING

    Last tables of the night. The room is full and still eating.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

HOUSE RULES

  • Strictly 19+. Valid government issued photo ID is required for entry. No exceptions.
  • Two hour seating. Your table is reserved for two hours from your booking time.
  • Dress up. Smart evening dress. This is a night out, not a walk in.
  • Prepaid booking. Copa After Dark is reserved and paid for at the time of booking. Seating is limited. Regular dinner reservations at Copacabana are unaffected and book as normal.
  • Responsible service. This 19+ event offers continuous food and beverage service throughout the evening in accordance with responsible service standards and house policies. Management reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any guest at their discretion in accordance with responsible service guidelines.

What is included in the price?

A one price evening experience: curated fire grilled food offerings with over 14 cuts carved tableside, made to order salads, chef’s sides and specialties, hosted beverage service, and three big live productions featuring fire, aerial, samba and more. Taxes are additional. An 18% gratuity will be added to all checks.

Which nights does Copa After Dark run?

After 9pm every Friday and Saturday at both Niagara Falls and Toronto Eglinton. Toronto opens Friday October 2, 2026 with the Halloween Series.

Can I bring someone under 19?

No. Copa After Dark is a strictly 19+ experience and valid government issued photo ID is required at the door. Guests under 19 are welcome at our earlier dinner seatings.

What time should I arrive?

Arrivals are at 9:00, 9:30 and 10:00pm. Arrive at your booked time so your full two hours is yours.

Do I have to pay when I book?

Yes. Copa After Dark is prepaid at the time of booking, which is what holds your table for the night. Regular dinner reservations at Copacabana are not prepaid and book as normal.

Can I book a large group?

Online reservations cap at eight guests. For larger parties email niagara@thecopa.ca for Niagara Falls or info@thecopa.ca for Toronto.

Can I combine this with another offer?

No. Copa After Dark cannot be combined with other offers or promotions, including birthday, locals and date night offers.
